Tracey Caswell

Operations and Development Director

Tracey has a Diploma in Management studies, NVQ 5 in management, successfully passed the Assessment and Analysis of Severe and Challenging Behavior awarded by The Institute of Applied Behavior Analysis. Tracey qualified and was a Care NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier, she also qualified and was a Tutor of General Services teaching physical intervention techniques and the positive management of behaviors that may challenge. Tracey also has a City and Guilds in Foundation Care Management, City and Guilds in Community Awareness, along with service related training.

Tracey has 30 years experience in working with individuals who have complex needs in residential and community based settings. Tracey works with local authorities and other professionals, supporting complex transitions for people moving into the community, ensuring the people supported receive the best possible standard of care and achieve their goals and aspirations.

Tracey has an open approachable management style which enables learning, having a culture where the service is about putting people first. Tracey has no tolerance for poor quality and retains only staff that genuinely care and have the same culture of putting people’s support first.

Trevor Ridgewell

Responsible Individual

Trevor has over 27 years of experience working in the health and social care sector and over 20 years working in management roles. Trevor started his journey as a care assistant working in a mental health hospital for adults. From there Trevor has managed supported living services and residential services for adults with learning difficulties and autism.

Trevor has over 20 years experience as a manager and registered manager for CQC and has worked closely with CQC compliance and regulations. In more recent years Trevor has worked as an operations manager overseeing provisions both in residential and supported living services for 90 individuals with learnings difficulties, autism and adults with mental health needs.

Trevor’s most recent experience was a national role as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Restraint Reduction lead for services which included CAHMS hospitals and residential children and adult services. Trevor provided training support and implemented systematic change in alignment with PBS frameworks and restraint reduction network guidance.  Trevor has acquired NVQ level 3 and 4 in health and level 5 Diploma in positive behaviour support with BILD.

Mimi Willis

Operations Manager & Nominated Individual

Mimi is a registered Mental Health Nurse and has 23 years experience in managing day to day responsibility for three complex care needs Mental Health Services, both within the NHS and Independent health sector. Mimi has worked with young people and adults with Eating Disorders and other Mental Health diagnosis in both inpatient and community settings.

She has held senior nurse as well as ward and hospital manager positions and the setting up of new Eating Disorders services. Despite 20 years of management roles, upholding regulator and commissioning specific requirements within national frameworks, she has maintained her clinical skills throughout.

She is committed to continuous improvement within organisations to deliver high quality care. A diplomatic, organised, and capable communicator able to operate effectively at all levels and focused on person centred care.

Lorraine Williams

Area Manager

Lorraine has NVQ Level 2, 3, and 4 in addition to Registered Managers Award. She has a BTEC National Certificate in Business & Finance and City & Guilds in Social Studies, Communication Theory & Science. Continued professional development includes service related training.

Lorraine has over 20 years of experience in working with individuals with complex needs in residential and community based settings. Lorraine has managed both residential homes and supported living services as well as a transitional service for young people. Lorraine has worked closely with CQC and OFSTED over the years having transparent relations achieving good or outstanding results.

Kelly Lawson

Area Manager

Kelly has a Bachelor’s of Honours Social Work degree and is a registered Social Worker. Kelly has the QCF Level 5 diploma in Leadership for health and social care and children and young people’s services advanced practice England. Kelly has also gained level 4 RQF qualifications in family work and trauma informed care.

Kelly has developed her career mostly in the health and social care in the private sector, working in various different care focussed roles in a large multi-site children and adult residential care homes over a 19 year period. Kelly is passionate towards improving her own skills and knowledge and providing good leaderships to the professional development for  people to reach their potential.

Kelly thrives in creative environments where any challenges are seen as opportunities to find solutions and better ways of working, always with the  aim to improve the quality of life for the people we support at the forefront of what we do and the decisions we make.

Danielle White

Ofsted Dual Registered Manager

Dani has 20 years experience in working with individuals with complex needs. She has worked in both residential and supported living settings. Dani has always lead by example and has clear expectations from her staff team to ensure that they deliver a high standard of care and support. Dani is passionate about making a difference to the lives young people, and thrives on supporting them into adulthood.

Dani has a level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services – Adults Residential Management. Dani also has a level 2 in understanding children and young people’s mental health and level 2 for adults with mental health. Alongside all service-related training,

Austin Sutton-Jennings

Dual Ofsted Registered Manager

Austin began his career as a bank worker in supported housing in Cheltenham working with homeless young people. Over time, he took on more senior roles, including as a Senior Manager opening and managing semi-independent housing placements across the Southwest very often working with children who couldn’t be placed elsewhere. Alongside semi-independent placements, Austin worked in a variety of projects, including being registered with CQC. Most recently, Austin has served as an Ofsted Registered Manager in a children’s home.

Austin describes himself as a passionate individual who wishes to make a difference. He thrives on building therapeutic relationships and creating environments where staff teams are empowered to get the best outcomes for children and young people. His work with vulnerable youth has strengthened his understanding of trauma and its lasting impact, and he is committed to helping children and young people access the support they need to enable them to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Faye Hughes

Ofsted Dual Registered Manager (Pending)

Faye has over 25 years of experience within the care sector, beginning her career in clinical environments before moving into residential care. She has spent more than a decade managing residential homes, where her leadership and management were recognised with awards and an Outstanding rating from Ofsted.

Her career started in mental health, substance misuse, and dementia care, before she discovered her passion for supporting young people with learning disabilities and emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Over the years, she has worked as both an operational manager—supporting multiple teams and home managers—and as a registered manager.

Faye is DDP trained and is passionate about the positive impact of Dan Hughes’ PACE ethos, having seen first-hand the progress it brings to children in her care. She has delivered training to teams in this approach and explored the psychological aspects of child development in her practice. She values creating a fun and supportive environment, firmly believing that every child deserves a safe home, healthy attachments, and strong bonds. Her close collaboration with child clinical psychologists has been instrumental in helping each child thrive in an individualised way.

Abby Woodus

Ofsted Registered Manager (Pending)

Abby began her work with children with complex learning disabilities as a teenager in a voluntary capacity, a passion that continued through roles in community youth work and Special Educational Needs (SEN) education. She later worked within the Local Authority, supporting families of children with complex medical, physical, and learning needs.

Abby started her career in Residential Childcare as a Support Worker and progressed to the role of Registered Manager. In this position, she further developed her expertise in Trauma-Informed Practice, Attachment Theory, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP). She has extensive experience supporting children with complex learning disabilities, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB), and those requiring high staffing ratios to ensure their safety.

Abby holds a BSc in Psychology, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and is currently working towards her Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare Management. She is deeply committed to the PACE model and trauma-informed approaches, embedding these principles into all aspects of her work to create meaningful and lasting positive change in children’s lives.

Abby is passionate about placing children at the centre of their care, ensuring their voices are heard and valued. She prioritises fostering an empowering environment where staff feel confident to make decisions and take initiative, enabling children to feel safe, supported, and secure in the adults around them.

Habeeb Oyedele

CQC Registered Manager

Habeeb started his career as a support worker working with adults with learning difficulties and/or autism. Through experience and increasing knowledge, he gained more senior roles and began working with people with severe and enduring mental illness, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges. Having worked as a team leader, deputy manager, and most recently managing several supported living houses in Birmingham.

Habeeb describes himself as a passionate and creative person who understands and values the importance of getting to know individuals and what actions they are trying to communicate. Habeeb is a creative thinker and enjoys building therapeutic relationships with the people he supports. Habeeb’s experience in working with adults with mental illness has consolidated his understanding of the effects of trauma and past experiences, and how they manifest. Habeeb is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives when they are young and finding the right support and resources to enable them to live their best possible lives.

Rosie King

Home Manager

Rosie started her career as a support worker working in mental health settings with those who have complex needs and behaviours that are challenging. Rosie progressed to senior level where she embraced increased responsibility and was able to further develop her skills and knowledge. Rosie has since been promoted to deputy manager, assistant manager and most recently a home manager.

She has a level 1 and 2 NVQ for children and adults. Rosie is currently working towards her level 5 diploma in leadership and management. She is also a qualified train the trainer in anti-ligature.

Rosie is a supportive person and very dedicated to supporting children – she thrives to ensure that their needs are met and receive the highest quality of support and care.

Laurence Baldwin

Training and Systems Support Manager

Laurence has been working within the health and social care sector since 2011, supporting intensive transition plans for individuals leaving hospital and integrating back into community support services. Laurence has experience in both residential homes and supported living.

Laurence has completed his NVQ level 3 in health and social care and also a level 5 in health and social care management. Laurence is a MAYBO trainer for the company training staff in conflict and behaviour management and has also been a Studio III trainer for South England in the past.

Laurence joined the team at Within Reach as deputy manager and trainer delivering MAYBO training to Within Reach employees. Laurence says “I have had to adapt my training processes following new training legislation – Restraint reduction network, that is accredited by the British Institute of Learning Disability.”

Ian Shaw

Recruitment Manager

Ian brings over 30 years of recruitment experience, having started his career in the early 1990s recruiting across a diverse range of industries.

For the past 16 years, he has specialised in the health and social care sector, serving as a Recruitment Manager. During this time, he has successfully recruited for both residential care settings and community-based care services, ensuring full compliance with CQC safer recruitment standards and best practices.

Ian has extensive expertise in developing and streamlining recruitment processes, as well as designing effective recruitment campaigns that attract and retain high-quality candidates. His work focuses on building strong talent pipelines that support the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Sharon Branagh

Behaviour Support Specialist & Therapist

Sharon has over 30 years+ of experience supporting children/young people and adults in a variety of settings. She is qualified in Health and Social Care management, applied Behaviour Analysis, Education and Training, NVR (non-violence resistance), Counselling Children and Young People & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is a qualified supervisor.

Sharon is skilled in undertaking assessments and devising support plans that prioritise meeting underlying needs. She trains the staff in a variety of trauma informed care practices and provides debrief/reflective practice sessions to support them.

Sharon analyses any challenges faced and progress made through a person-centred review process that ensures outcomes are achieved in a safe way using positive risk taking in collaboration with support networks
